The Story
I found this beautiful Dall ram in the Denver Zoo a couple of years ago. Between the Bighorn and the Dall, I think I could have watched both of them forever. As with the Bighorn, the rams horns are amazing. The horns of these sheep, as well as those of Big Horn have rings, called annuli. These annuli can be used to determine the age of the sheep.
