The Story
One of my very favorite places to visit is the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum.  They have a breeding program of 6 breeds of bovine the Longhorn, being one of them.  I can simply watch longhorn for hours on end.  The longhorn bull standing just behind the longhorn cow looked posed. I just stood there staring at them, as they relaxed.  The wonderful thing about longhorns is that they are simply magnificent whether they are lying down or standing up.  In fact, they are rather mesmerizing.
